Our #1 goal at FirstDay Learning is happy and confident teachers!

Issues with behavioral health often manifest themselves in early childhood, and, if not addressed, continue and worsen over time, leading to academic and social difficulties, school drop-out, criminality and antisocial behavior. Most young children in the U.S. spend a significant part of their day in out-of-home care. Thus, early care and education (ECE) teachers are tasked with the responsibility of providing a quality learning experience while addressing the socio-emotional needs of young children. The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the essential role ECE programs play in a successful and functioning economy.

To be supportive educators have to feel supported. Our aim at FirstDay Learning is to
collaborate with teachers and support them in building responsive classrooms.  We do this by providing easy-to-implement methods and giving teachers the time and space they need to do their best work.
