Rashad Rodas

Rashad has worked in the Early Childhood field for over fifteen years. She has certifications as a Certified Early Educator as well as the following areas: Certified Train-the-Trainer in Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS), Infant-Toddler Environmental Rating Scale, Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale, Practice-Based and Mindful Coaching, My Teaching Strategies, Creative Curriculum, Reflective Supervision Supervisor, ITS-SIDS Certified Trainer, DCDEE Trainer, and Head Start Trainer for Directors and Managers. Mrs. Rodas has also taught Early Childhood Education coursework at the college level and served as a mentor to students who were completing their practicum during their Birth through Kindergarten Licensure program. Most recently, she is serving as a Federal Reviewer conducting Federal audits across the nation in Head Start programs.
