With over 10 years of experience supporting schools, nonprofits, and government programs. Michael has designed and led trainings that are practical, engaging, and focused on helping teams do their best work.

His background includes leading teams, supporting program quality, and working closely with educators and organizational leaders. Michael has facilitated workshops on topics like inclusive leadership, team effectiveness, and improving services for children and families.

He believes learning works best when people feel seen, heard, and valued. As a facilitator with FirstDay Learning, Michael creates a welcoming, down-to-earth space where participants feel comfortable sharing, learning from one another, and walking away with tools they can use right away.
