Kelly Wells

Kelly Sullivan Wells is a dedicated consultant, behavior specialist, and advocate for evidence-based behavior interventions in the classroom. She earned her Doctor of Education in Special Education from Nova Southeastern University, with a concentration in Special Education Law and Autism/Behavior. Kelly currently serves as a Behavior Specialist for Worcester County Public Schools and an Adjunct Professor at both Acacia University and Salisbury University, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Child and Adolescent Development and Applied Behavior Analysis. Passionate about improving outcomes for students with disabilities, she provides ongoing professional development to educators in behavior management, crisis intervention, and positive behavior supports. Kelly also serves on several local and state committees focused on behavior, restraint reduction, and intervention planning, contributing her expertise to create safer, more inclusive learning environments for all students.
