Ms. Ringo has more than 18 years of experience in the field of early childhood education, including experience providing technical assistance and training to early childhood educators and child care program directors. Her success at achieving measurable improvement in the overall quality of child care programs has led to the progressive responsibility of mentoring, training, equipping and supervising other trainers and technical assistance specialists.

Ms. Ringo provided technical assistance and training to Head Start Programs in Florida within four focus areas: school readiness, parent and family engagement, professional development and state collaboration.
